Chun / Massar Residence, Los Angeles, CA 1958/1996

The firm designed this home originally in 1960. The recent remodel of the home included converting the carport to a full garage.  A new entry was created with a limestone bridge over a reflection pool. The separate interior court is complete with a Koi pond. 

The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled. New floor tile, insulating glass doors and windows, ironwood deck and air conditioning were added.  A lap pool and spa were added in the backyard.
